Getting Started with Borong
What is Borong and how does it work?
Borong is a B2B e-commerce platform that helps you find the right wholesale products and suppliers. Once you sign up as a buyer, you can access thousands of wholesale products fulfilled by vetted sellers.
How do I sign up as a buyer on Borong?
Create an account at market.borong.com/register and fill in the required business details.
Sourcing
What product categories are available on Borong?
Borong carries branded products across restaurants and cafes, office products, cleaning supplies, bed and bath, kitchen and dining, and health and personal care.
What is the unit for a product?
Units differ by product. Check the product page guide under wholesale price to understand quantity and packaging.
Ordering & Purchasing
How do I place an order on Borong?
Create a buyer account, source products, add items to cart, confirm shipping details, and complete checkout through online payment.
What if I need help with payment?
Email contact@borong.com or WhatsApp the buyer support channel for assistance.
For Seller
Selling on Borong
How do I sign up to become a seller on Borong?
Apply through seller registration. The support team will reach out within three business days to assist with approval.
Does Borong charge commissions?
Borong charges sales commission on marketplace orders. Borong Direct can support existing customer orders with a different commission setup.
Product listing
How many products can I list on Borong?
You may list as many products as you wish through your Supplier Dashboard. Borong recommends listing at least 10 products.
Are there restricted products on Borong?
Borong does not allow restricted products such as firearms, certain perishable goods, alcohol or drug-related products, pornography, and other prohibited items.
Payments
How do I get paid?
Payment disbursements are made to the registered bank account provided during seller setup.
When do I get paid?
Payments are typically disbursed after successful fulfilment, based on Borong's marketplace payment schedule.
