Salted Egg Sauce
Classic golden yellow of Asian’s dish. Deep fry meat or seafood with coated flour, drain oil and mix well with our Salted Egg sauce. The sauce is rich with salted egg yolk, be prepared to bite and indulge in layers of crispy meat and salted creaminess.

Ingredients:
Salted Egg, Evaporated Milk, Margarine, Salted Egg Powder, E621 Flavor Enhancer

Cooking Method:
1. Fry 500g prawn (any seafood or chicken) until golden brown. Set aside
2. Heat pan with medium heat and add 20ml oil.
3. Stir fry curry leaves and bird eyes chili (optional) till fragant
4. On low heat, pour in 1 pack Sisters Salted Egg Sauce and fried prawn.
5. Stir fry till well mix and serve


**Store in a cool and dry place**
Once opened, it's best to finish it. Left over must be kept in chiller and use within 3 days.
