Do I qualify for a retailer account? Yes you do only if you are a registered business. During registration, we will require you to fill up the business registration number that you're opening an account for. What if I don’t have a brick & mortar store? Borong supports online-only, pop-ups, stalls, booths, mobile boutiques, and other types of businesses with a public sales channel. Just like brick & mortar stores, non-brick & mortar businesses are eligible to apply for Borong Credit where you get up to 120 days credit terms. When will I get my orders? The standard lead time for orders on our platform is 3 working days. However, you're able to view each product and supplier's lead time in the product page. Do I need a business registration number? Yes you do. This is because the wholesale prices listed on our platform are only for eligible business owners that are looking to stock up inventories for their business use.
